Hosted TREs (Hubs) House Rules

SeRP Collaborate.
•
All projects within a HUB would be party to the governance structure of the host organisations such as data requests, user onboarding and approval to provide access to data All data ingress processes for the host organisation would be followed for the Hub.

All data out requests would be party to the same process as the host organisation.
•
All accreditations achieved by the Host would be cover the data inside the Hub.
•
The Hub and its projects would be included within the same programme hierarchy in SAM as the Host.
•
Applications to access data will be via Host branded application forms. Therefore, the context is that the users are always accessing the data via the host SeRP.
•
Hub organisations MUST provide their datasets to the Host organisation
•
End User Agreements need to exist.
