All of these desktops come pre-loaded with analytical software and specialist tools including: Python, R, MATLAB, Jupyter, Anaconda, SPSS, SAS, STATA, FreeSurfer, FSL and many more. Additional software can also be installed on the virtual machines if we don’t have it already. For more advanced projects, we also offer our High Performance Computing (HPC) cluster on a cost-recovery basis. This includes 15TB of RAM, 3500 CPU Cores, GPU, and 30 ComputeNodes.
