SeRP (Secure eResearch Platform) provides technology, infrastructure and services that support organisations in establishing and operating secure, governed environments for data sharing, linkage, analysis, research and innovation.
SeRP solutions may include Trusted Research Environment technology, secure data environments, data linkage and de-identification, federated analysis, secure virtual workspaces, data management, specialised analysis capabilities, and related professional, technical and managed services.
The specific services provided to any customer, including applicable service levels, responsibilities, security requirements, fees and contractual obligations, will be governed by the relevant agreement between SeRP and that customer. These Terms & Conditions do not replace or override any such agreement.
